5. Retail of Printed Art

If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that the prices on our Website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

 

6. Third-Party Fulfillment and Distribution

 

All printing and distribution of our products are provided by a third-party fulfillment partner, Printful. Therefore, your order details will be passed to Printful in order to fulfill your orders.

 

7. Printful Returns Policy

 

• Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense.

• Problem Reporting: If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

• Return Address: The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful’s facility is not used as the return address, you become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

• Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed (if applicable).

• Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if applicable).

• EU Consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, which aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

 

Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
