At Simon Bolton Photography, each fine art print is created specifically for your order using a reliable print-on-demand partner. This allows us to offer unique art while minimizing waste.
No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer's Remorse
Due to the nature of our business and the fact that all prints are custom-made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or simply not liking the product.
UK & EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal Exemption
For our UK and EU customers, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day "cooling-off" period does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised. Since your order is uniquely produced for you upon purchase, it falls under this exemption.
Damaged or Defective Items (Your Legal Rights)
We only offer refunds or replacements if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product due to a fulfillment error. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

- Provide Details: Include your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item. This is crucial for us to process your claim with our print provider.
- Resolution: Once we verify the issue, we will work quickly to arrange for a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, at no extra cost to you. We typically will not require you to return the faulty item.
Unclaimed or Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility because the provided shipping address was insufficient or the package was unclaimed by the customer, you (the customer) will be liable for the reshipment costs. We will contact you to confirm the correct address and preferred reshipment method before proceeding
