At Simon Bolton Photography, each fine art print is created specifically for your order using a reliable print-on-demand partner. This allows us to offer unique art while minimizing waste.

No Returns for Buyer's Remorse

Since all prints are custom-made, we do not stock inventory and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or simply not liking the product. Please review product descriptions, images, and size guides carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer refunds or replacements if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product due to a fulfillment error.

If you encounter any of these issues, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Email us at si@simonboltonphotography.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide Details: Include your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item. This is crucial for us to process your claim with our print provider.
  • Resolution: Once we verify the issue, we will work quickly to arrange for a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, at no extra cost to you. We typically will not require you to return the faulty item.

 

• Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense.

• Problem Reporting: If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

• Return Address: The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful’s facility is not used as the return address, you become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

• Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed (if applicable).

• Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if applicable).

• EU Consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, which aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

 

Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
